Core Principles

Operational Safety Guidelines

Workplace Safety Fundamentals

Operating industrial machinery requires constant vigilance and adherence to established safety principles. Our training focuses on embedding a safety-first mindset for every task.

Pre-Use Checks

Before operation, a visual and functional inspection is critical. Operators learn to identify fluid leaks, tyre damage, and mast irregularities that could compromise safety.

Load Stability

Understanding the capacity plate and ensuring the load's centre of gravity is correctly positioned prevents tip-overs and loss of control.

Visibility & Pedestrian Awareness

Operators must constantly scan their environment. When view is obstructed, traveling in reverse or using a spotter becomes necessary. Interaction with pedestrians is a high-risk scenario requiring clear communication and designated walkways.
